§ 173 Act on the Introduction of the Swiss Civil Code - 2. Sealing a) Cases Art. 552 CC

1. The mayor must promptly carry out the sealing or locking of the estate’s assets

a) if the right of inheritance itself is disputed;

b) if the heirs are unknown;

c) if an heir is permanently absent and unrepresented;

d) if there is a risk that estate assets will be removed or concealed;

e) if requested by one of the heirs.
