§ 48 Administrative Jurisdiction Act · I. Public Access
1. The proceedings before the administrative judicial authorities, except before the Cantonal Tax Court, are public; the deliberations are secret.
2. The administrative judicial authorities may order that proceedings be held in camera if it appears necessary for reasons of public order, morality, or the protection of personal rights.
