§ 28bis Act on Judicial Protection in Administrative Matters (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz) - V. Order Concerning Real Acts

1. Any person with a legitimate interest may request from the authority responsible for actions based on public law that affect rights or obligations, to

a) refrain from, cease, or revoke unlawful actions;

b) rectify the consequences of unlawful actions;

c) determine the unlawfulness of actions.

2. The authority shall issue an order or a decision.
