§ 11 Act on Judicial Protection in Administrative Matters (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz) - IV. Legal Assistance

1. Administrative and administrative court authorities are obligated to provide mutual legal assistance.

2. The granting of information from tax files is determined by tax and financial equalization legislation.

3. Special provisions concerning the duty to provide information and notification, as well as statements before the court, remain reserved.

4. In cases of disputes regarding legal assistance, § 7 applies accordingly.
