Statutory Text (6 Provisions)
1. The parliamentary groups of the Cantonal Council receive financial support annually for their activities. This support consists of a basic contribution and per capita contributions.
1. The distribution of faction contributions is as follows
a) * Each faction receives a base contribution of 10,000 francs;
b) * Each faction also receives an additional per capita contribution of 1,500 francs for each eligible faction member.
1. The qualifying date for entitlement to contributions is July 1st.
1. The contributions shall be disbursed to the factions during the month of August.
2. The disbursement of individual contributions to faction members is prohibited.
1. In the year 1990, the faction contributions will be disbursed no later than November.
2. In the year 2021, the faction contributions will be retroactively adjusted as follows: The basic contribution (§ 2 lit. a) amounts to 8,300 Swiss francs, and the per capita contribution (§ 2 lit. b) to 1,500 Swiss francs.
3. In the year 2022, the contributions for the entire year will be calculated according to the amendment of December 15, 2021, irrespective of the date of entry into force of the regulation.
1. This resolution is subject to an optional referendum. It enters into force upon the expiration of the referendum period without a referendum being called or upon acceptance by the people, with publication in the official gazette.
