Art. 59 KV - Eligibility — Eligibility

1. All individuals entitled to vote in the canton are eligible for election to the Cantonal Council, the Government Council, and the courts, unless the law requires additional qualifications.

2. The law regulates the eligibility of the other authority members and officials.
