Art. 39 Constitution of the Canton of Solothurn (KV) - Consultations

1. Prior to the enactment of constitutional and legislative provisions and in the case of other projects of general significance, a consultation may be conducted.

2. The consultations must be officially announced. The right to review is granted to everyone.

3. The statements are publicly accessible.
