Art. 148 Constitution of the Canton of Solothurn (KV) - Incompatibility for Judges

1. Until the adjustment of the Law on Judicial Organization, the following persons may not belong to the same court

a) Persons who are related by blood or marriage in a direct line or up to and including the third degree of the collateral line;

b) Spouses and spouses of siblings.
