§ 1 Decree of the Government Council on the registration of public-law restrictions on property ownership in the land register

1. An instruction is hereby issued to the Land Registry Office
2. Public-law property restrictions that are of a special nature and apply only in individual cases may be noted in the land register pursuant to Art. 962 of the Swiss Civil Code. This applies in particular to those property restrictions that are not directly based on law, ordinance, or development plan, but arise from special orders by authorities based on general decrees.
