Art. 22 Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Cantonal Data Protection Act) (Kantonales Datenschutzgesetz) - Legal Protection

1. If an authority does not comply with a request under this law, it shall issue a reasoned decision.

2. An appeal against these decisions can be lodged within 20 days in accordance with Art. 16 et seq. of the Act on Legal Protection in Administrative Matters. The organizational regulations of the publicly recognized ecclesiastical corporations and their institutions shall apply.
