1. The Land Association "Reute-Hof-Strick" aims at the construction and maintenance of the access road Reute-Hof-Strick in the area of the Innerrhoden district of Oberegg, the Ausserrhoden municipality of Reute, and the St. Gallen municipality of Berneck.

2. The Land Association "Reute-Hof-Strick" is a land improvement enterprise pursuant to Art. 703 of the Swiss Civil Code of December 10, 1907, and the Appenzell Innerrhoden Law on Land Associations of April 29, 2007, with its headquarters in Oberegg (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise).

1. The competent authorities of the Canton of Appenzell l.Rh. adjudicate public law disputes between the company and the cooperative members.

2. Disputes between the contracting cantons shall be submitted to the Federal Court pursuant to Article 189 paragraph 1 letter c of the Federal Constitution dated April 18, 1999.
