Art. 76 Ordinance on the Insurance Fund for State Personnel (VVK) - Credit Notes

1. The savings credits are calculated annually as a percentage of the insured salary. The following rates apply

a) 25 to 34 years of age: 10 percent

b) 35 to 44 years of age: 13 percent

c) 45 to 54 years of age: 16 percent

d) 55 to 65 years of age: 19 percent

2. The age pertinent to the calculation of the savings credit is determined according to the federal legislation on occupational benefits.

3. The government may adjust the rates detailed in para. 1 of this provision according to the actuarial status of the savings insurance.
