Art. 64 Ordinance on the Insurance Fund for State Personnel (VVK) - Reservation

1. For pension-insured individuals with a health-related reservation, benefits for the risks of disability and death associated with the reservation are reduced by 4 percent for each insurance year that is yet to be completed until the expiration of the maximum period permitted by federal legal portability provisions.
