Art. 61 Ordinance on the Insurance Fund for State Personnel (VVK) - Compensation for Non-Pensionable Relatives

1. If a pension-insured individual leaves no beneficiaries entitled to a pension and did not receive a pension themselves, the insurance fund shall provide a settlement to needy parents, siblings, or grandparentless grandchildren up to the age of 16, provided these relatives were significantly supported by the insured.

2. The settlement is determined by the Department of Finance. It may not exceed the contributions made by the deceased insured without interest.

3. Remaining employee and employer contributions are allocated to the special reserve.
