Statutory Text (4 Articles)
1. The national border between the cantons of St. Gallen and Zurich on Lake Zurich near Rapperswil runs in a straight line from the outermost landmark No. LXI on the shore of the lake between Kempraten and Feldbach to a point located 100 feet west of Löwenstein.
1. On the occasion of establishing this boundary line, the Canton of St. Gallen assumes the obligation to make all arrangements possible, in the greatest possible accord with the Canton of Zurich, that may serve to enhance fishing in Lake Zurich.
1. Through joint actions by both cantons, the high-standing Schwyz shall be persuaded
a) to acknowledge that the state boundary separating this canton from the cantons of Zurich and St. Gallen, in the direction from east to west, intersects the point designated in Art. 1 west of Löwenstein, so that at this point the borders of all three cantons converge;
b) to establish a fishing regulation for the part of Lake Zurich that belongs to its territory, which, as far as possible, aligns with the principles established for the cantons of Zurich and St. Gallen regarding fishing in Lake Zurich.
1. Upon final determination of the boundary, a marker that is visible even at the highest water level shall be installed at the boundary point specified in Art. 1, at the expense of all three cantons.
