Art. 9c Act on Public Notarisation (Notarisation Act, BeurkG) (Beurkundungsgesetz, BeurkG) - Legal Protection

1. Appeals can be made to the Administrative Court against the orders and decisions of the Notary Commission pursuant to the application of this law. The Administrative Court also has the authority of discretionary control, except in the case of appeals against examination decisions.
