Art. 22 GOG — b. Personnel Decisions

1. Within the framework of cantonal personnel law, court clerks and other court staff are employed by the respective court presidencies. The same applies to promotions and further personnel-related measures.

2. Personnel-related decisions of the Cantonal Court Presidency and the Higher Court Presidency can be appealed to the Administrative Court within 30 days, and personnel-related decisions of the Administrative Court Presidency can be appealed to the Higher Court.
