Art. 88 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Term — Term
1. The administrative court appeal is the written challenge of a final decision by an administrative authority before the administrative court.
2. The administrative court is obliged to review the challenged decision, decide the matter, or remit it back to the competent authority for a new decision.
