Art. 67 Administrative Procedures Act, APA - Explanation — Explanation

1. The authority shall clarify or supplement its decision at the request of a party if it is incomplete or unclear, contains contradictions, or does not correspond with the reasoning.

2. If a decision is clarified or supplemented, any applicable period for appeal begins anew.
