Art. 58 Act on Administrative Procedure and Administrative Justice (Administrative Justice Act, VRG) (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, VRG)

1. The authority shall deliver the decision to the parties in writing by providing a copy; the representatives of the parties shall receive the decision in duplicate.

2. An interlocutory decision may be announced orally to the parties present at the hearing, but must be confirmed in writing if a party requests this by the end of the hearing; in such a case, any appeal period begins with the delivery.

3. The decision shall typically be delivered to the parties within 30 days from the issuance; the date of delivery must be noted on the decision.
