1. Subject to contrary provisions, the following persons shall sign the decision

1. for collegial authorities: the chairperson and the secretary;

2. for presidential decisions: the president or their deputy;

3. for individual authorities: the office holder or their deputy;

4. for official agencies: the head of the agency or their deputy;

5. for administrations of cantonal or municipal institutions: the chairperson and the secretary.
