Art. 50 Act on Administrative Procedure and Administrative Justice (Administrative Justice Act, VRG) (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, VRG) - Participation of Parties

1. The parties are obligated to cooperate in the establishment of the facts

1. in a proceeding that they themselves have initiated;

2. in another proceeding, insofar as they submit independent applications;

3. insofar as a special duty to provide information is imposed upon them by legislation.

2. The authority is not required to consider applications as per Paragraph 1, Items 1 and 2, if the parties refuse the necessary and reasonable cooperation.
