Art. 47 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Release of Records — Release of Records
1. Patented attorneys may have the files released to them subject to Art. 45 para. 1; if the deadline set for the return is not met, the release may be refused in the future.
2. Copies of the files can be provided to the parties upon request, where possible, subject to Art. 45 para. 1.
