Art. 45 Act on Administrative Procedure and Administrative Justice (Administrative Justice Act, VRG) (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, VRG) - Exceptions

1. The authority may deny the parties access to the files insofar as confidentiality of certain documents is required

1. to safeguard overriding public interests;

2. to protect overriding private interests;

3. in the interest of another pending proceeding.

2. Access to the files may not be denied regarding

1. one's own submissions;

2. records of one's own applications and statements;

3. documents submitted as evidence by oneself;

4. disclosed decisions.
