1. The parties have the right to inspect the following documents at the seat of the decision-making authority concerning their own matters, unless provisions in the legislation provide otherwise

1. Submissions and reports from authorities;

2. Submissions from the parties and records of their presentations;

3. Documents, records, and expert reports serving as evidence;

4. Copies of disclosed decisions.

2. No fee shall be charged for granting access to the files, unless it pertains to a concluded matter.
