Art. 42 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Offer of Evidence — Offer of Evidence
1. The authority accepts the evidence offered to it if such evidence appears suitable for clarifying the facts of the case.
2. If the acceptance of evidence is associated with relatively high costs, the authority may condition the acceptance of the evidence on the party advancing the costs within a set deadline.
