Art. 36 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Extension — Extension

1. A statutory deadline cannot be extended.

2. Deadlines set by the authorities can be extended by the authority or the chairperson, if a request is made before the deadline expires and a sufficient reason is credibly demonstrated; this provision applies correspondingly to the rescheduling of appointments.
