Art. 35 Act on Administrative Procedure and Administrative Justice (Administrative Justice Act, VRG) (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, VRG) - Acting Within a Time Limit

1. Actions for which a deadline is set must be completed no later than the last day of the deadline.

2. Written submissions must be submitted to the authority or handed over to the Swiss postal service for delivery to the authority no later than the last day of the deadline.

3. If the submission is timely directed to an incompetent authority, the deadline is considered to be met.
