Art. 34 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Calculation of Deadlines — Calculation of Deadlines

1. In the calculation of the deadline, the day on which the event triggering the commencement of the deadline occurs is not counted.

2. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, a public holiday, or a non-working day, it ends on the next working day. Non-working days are considered to be: Berchtold's Day, Easter Monday, Whit Monday, National Day, and St. Stephen's Day.
