Art. 27 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Declaratory Decision — Declaratory Decision

1. The authority responsible for the matter may issue a declaratory decision ex officio or upon request regarding the existence, non-existence, or content of public-law rights or obligations.

2. The request for a declaration shall be granted if the applicant demonstrates a legitimate interest.
