Art. 26 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Write-off — Write-off
1. If, in the course of the proceedings, the legally significant interest in a decision on the matter ceases to exist, in particular as a result of the withdrawal of the parties' requests or a settlement, the authority declares the proceedings to be concluded.
2. It may impose the procedural costs on the parties.
