Art. 22 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Principle — Principle

1. Legal assistance is granted within the framework of the applicable inter-cantonal agreements.

2. The competent department ensures the processing of requests for legal assistance from administrative authorities and administrative courts of the Confederation or other cantons; it is responsible for permitting investigatory authorities of the Confederation or other cantons to conduct official acts within the canton.
