Art. 19 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Decision — Decision

1. The authority, which considers itself competent despite a party's objection, shall decide on the matter; it may first establish its jurisdiction through an interim decision.

2. If no authority considers itself competent, the approached authority shall dismiss the matter by a decision.
