Art. 18 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Referral — Referral

1. The authority that denies its jurisdiction shall promptly transfer the matter, notifying the parties involved, to the authority it considers competent.

2. If there are doubts about jurisdiction, the authorities concerned shall engage in an exchange of views.
