Art. 16 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - 2. Requirements — 2. Requirements

1. The legal representation must possess unlimited legal capacity; for professional legal representation before the Administrative Court, Art. 70 of the Court Act is applicable.

2. The legal representative must submit a power of attorney for the records as proof; if the legal representative fails to submit a power of attorney within the specified deadline, the authority will not act on their submission.
