1. In paragraphs 3, 61, and 141, the term "Verordnung" is replaced with the term "Gesetz"; the grammatical changes directly associated with the change of terms are to be made.

2. The paragraphs are newly designated as articles.

3. Paragraph 2a becomes Article 2.
