Art. 140a Act on Administrative Procedure and Administrative Justice (Administrative Justice Act, VRG) (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, VRG)

1. Objection, appeal, and legal remedy procedures pending at the time this law comes into force are to be concluded by the authority competent under the former law and according to the previous procedural regulations.

2. Appeals against administrative complaint decisions by municipal authorities under the former law must be submitted to the Government Council.

3. Appeals against administrative complaint decisions by cantonal authorities under the former law must be submitted to the Administrative Court.

4. In cases of ongoing appeal deadlines, paragraphs 2 and 3 shall apply; appeals must be referred to the competent authority.
