Art. 14 Act on Administrative Procedure and Administrative Justice (Administrative Justice Act, VRG) (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, VRG) - Third-Party Participation

1. If the decision is expected to affect the legal position of a third party, the authority may include the third party in the proceedings either ex officio or upon request by a party or the third party through joinder.

2. The joined party assumes the status of a party to the extent that its legal relations are affected by the proceedings.

3. The authority shall notify the parties of the joinder.
