Art. 135 Act on Administrative Procedure and Administrative Justice (Administrative Justice Act, VRG) (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, VRG) - Transitional Provisions

1. For the proceedings pending at the time of the entry into force of this regulation, the previous provisions shall apply.

2. Appeals pending at the time of the entry into force of this regulation shall be concluded in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.

3. Insofar as the legislation provides for an appeal as a legal remedy, the provisions concerning administrative appeals and appeals to the administrative court shall apply mutatis mutandis.
