Art. 130 Act on Administrative Procedure and Administrative Justice (Administrative Justice Act, VRG) (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, VRG) - 2. Substitute Performance

1. The Execution by Substitution is carried out by the competent authority, which either establishes the state ordered by the decision at the expense of the obligor through its own organs or has it established by third parties.

2. The costs arising from the Execution by Substitution, which the obligor must pay, are to be determined by a special decision.
