Art. 124f Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Additional Payment — Additional Payment

1. A party that has been granted legal aid is obliged to make a repayment as soon as they are able to do so.

2. The claim of the canton is subject to a statute of limitations of ten years after the conclusion of the proceedings.
