Art. 124a Act on Administrative Procedure and Administrative Justice (Administrative Justice Act, VRG) (Verwaltungsrechtspflegegesetz, VRG) - Scope

1. Legal Aid Comprises

1. the exemption from advance payments and security deposits;

2. the exemption from official costs;

3. the appointment of legal counsel if necessary to safeguard rights, particularly when the opposing party is represented by an attorney; the legal counsel may be appointed even for the preparation of the appeals procedure.

2. It can be granted in whole or in part.

3. It does not exempt from the payment of a party compensation to the opposing party.
