1. The assessment of official costs in first-instance administrative proceedings, including objection and appeal procedures, is governed by fee legislation.

2. In internal administrative appeal proceedings, the assessment of official costs, subject to cost-bearing, is governed by fee legislation. The determination of party compensation is governed by the legislation on legal costs.

3. The determination of official costs as well as party compensation in proceedings before the administrative court is governed by the legislation on legal costs.
