Art. 109 Administrative Procedure Act, APA - Deadline — Deadline

1. The petition for revision must be submitted in writing within 90 days of the discovery of the ground for revision; after a period of ten years from the delivery of the decision, a revision can only be requested if the issuance of the contested decision was influenced by a crime or misdemeanor.
