1. The total employment level of the presidencies and vice-presidencies of the Supreme Court and the Administrative Court shall not exceed 180 percent of full-time positions.
2. The district council shall determine the employment level of each individual presidency at the time of election.
3. The district council office may alter the employment level of the presidencies with their consent. The total employment level shall remain unchanged.
