Sec. 1 District Council Decision on the Total Employment Level of the Presidencies at the Cantonal Court Decision of the Cantonal Parliament on the Overall Degree of Employment of the Presidencies of the Cantonal Court

1. The overall employment percentage of the presidencies at the Cantonal Court shall not exceed a total of 650 percentage positions.
2. The Cantonal Parliament determines the employment percentage of the individual presidencies during the election.
3. The Office of the Cantonal Parliament may change the employment percentage of the presidencies with their consent. The total sum of the employment percentages remains unchanged.

Sec. 2 County Council Resolution on the Overall Employment Rate of Presidencies at the Cantonal Court Decision of the Cantonal Parliament on the Overall Degree of Employment of the Presidencies of the Cantonal Court

1. This resolution shall enter into force immediately, subject to the coming into effect of the Court Act.
2. The initial election of the presidencies based on this resolution shall take place on January 1, 2011.
