§ 2 Decision of the Cantonal Parliament on the Cantonal Contribution to the Capuchin Monastery in Stans

1. This resolution shall enter into force retroactively on January 1, 1965, subject to the referendum in accordance with Article 53 of the Cantonal Constitution.
2. At this time, the decision of the Cantonal Council dated July 6, 1957, concerning the cantonal contribution to the Capuchin Fathers in Stans is repealed.
