1. An annual contribution shall be made to the Capuchin Monastery in Stans in accordance with the considerations of the decision of the Landsgemeinde dated April 28, 1907; the Landrat is authorized to determine the amount of this annual contribution.
2. The compensations for the official delegates to the annual national pilgrimages shall be determined by the Regierungsrat.
