1. The Sovereign Boundary Between the Canton of Nidwalden on One Hand and the Cantons of Uri, Schwyz, and Obwalden on the Other on Lake Lucerne Runs Along the Notional Lake Midline.

In the Inner Lake Basin, It Begins at the Landside Cantonal Boundary Between Nidwalden and Uri at the Confluence of the Spreitenbach and Runs to the Point on the Notional Lake Midline Located Between Unterer and Oberer Nase, Serving Simultaneously as the Starting Point for the Sovereign Boundary Between the Cantons of Nidwalden and Lucerne. In Alpnachersee, It Begins at the Landside Cantonal Boundary Between Nidwalden and Obwalden in the Hinterbergwald Area and Runs to the Landside Cantonal Boundary Between Nidwalden and Obwalden in the Delli Area.
