Art. 90 Administrative Procedure Law (APL), of March 18, 2025 - Single Judge · Single Judge

1. The presidency of a collegial authority, or the member of the panel responsible for the proceedings, shall rule as a single judge in cases of inadmissibility or the closing of a procedure that has become moot or has been concluded by withdrawal or a judicial settlement.

2. They may handle requests for legal aid and make incidental decisions concerning procedural issues as well as provisional measures.

3. These decisions are summarily reasoned.
